3D
rendering and animation is part of the latest release of the Meteor
satellite data analysis and visualisation product. Information
on these features will soon be available on the Meteor
product page.
The animation below is a three dimensional representation of cloud,
using
infrared data from the JMA MTSAT. The ability to render satellite data
in 3D
literally adds a new dimension to the data visualization capabilities of
the
Meteor product.
